The TMS History HighView may be used to query, review and perform appropriate tasks for any/all TMS transactions (probills, manifests, trips, etc.) from your database. This includes all completed tasks (which can no longer be modified) as well as any tasks that are currently "in process".

Query-based action grids are designed to open with no data present. In order to populate this type of grid, you must first compose a query (using query criteria) to retrieve specific data from the database. Note that query changes can be saved (along with Columns , Filter and Sort criteria) to be invoked automatically as part of a view in MyViews.

The Query Console is launched automatically when you first open the action grid. To compose subsequent queries, open the Actions tab, then click .

Note: The items that are visible in VL will depend on your operator profile (Login ID); i.e., your system permissions may not allow access to certain applications and/or data. Contact your company's system administrator if you cannot access the functionality described on this page.

Probills

In process and delivered probills (invoices) .

This query-based action grid will retrieve details about probills (pick-up, delivery, addresses, quantities, etc.) from the database. The information in the grid may be sorted, filtered and selected for a variety of actions (build a manifest of multiple Probills) and the results output to a various formats (PDF, Excel, chart, etc.).
