Business Benefits

It is necessary, for product that require temperature control, to know when the product is ready to be pulled from the blast freezing environment and put into regular freezer storage. This report will show such information.

Usage

Use this job to determine when a product is ready to be moved into regular freezer storage from a blast or quick freezer location.

This report will list any lot when the last temperature reading taken was less than the freezing temperature.

Preconditions

Tempertures for the lot/product must have been recorded in programs:

RE.21 [Receipts]
RE.31 [Receipt Invoices]
RE.51 [Lot Temperature Reading]

Subsequent Actions

Based on this report product that has reached the desired temperature can be moved to another location.
