Business Benefits

There may be situations in which you are required to take the Temperature of a particular Lot, to ensure that the Product is being stored properly. This program allows you to record these Temperatures readings.

Note: For related documentation and workflows, see RE - Receipt Entry.

Usage

Use this job to record Temperature readings for particular Lots once or at regular intervals.

Preconditions

Products/Lots must have been received in program RE.21 [Receipts] or RE.31 [Receipt Invoices].

Receipt Tempeature Reading must be setup in CR.63 [Product Billing Profiles] Option 5 - Receipt Temperature Blasting for the Product Billing Profiles.

Subsequent Actions

If a Lot must be checked regularly (e.g., every hour), you may record each reading separately, with its own Reading number (Field 5).
